The whole day was a nightmare. Flight extremely late. Boarding was a mess of a nightmare.
Never been on this flight as i had missed it due to delayed connecting flight
Missed our departing flight due to poor baggage drop staff. At the airport with 2 & 1/2 hours to spare and waited in bag check in until 15 minutes prior to gates closing before baggage staff asked us to move to the front of the line. We weren’t the only passengers that missed the flight. Poor organizational operations by Spirit staff. Otherwise , the return trip was fine.
Terrible… missed our flight due to ridiculously long time to go thru baggage check-in!
First....my trip was from Ft. Myers to Philly (not the other way around). Plane was clean, staff was friendly and flight was efficient with boarding and flight time. Thumbs up all around.
Seats are very small and extremely hard. Too close together. The person next to me had average shoulders and was very far into my 'space'.
Flights are great except for the ticketing service on the terminal.. Too little employees taking care for lots of flights.
The crew was great but it felt gross how spirit charges you for every little thing. Picking your seat should be free (first come first served). Beverages and food I get. But picking where I sit? Gross.
Never got on the plane! My 2pm flight became 4am so I had to book southwest!
